Gotta love the holidays

i'm in mcDonalds at 3 in the morning about to buy crappy food, and they're playing Happy Holiday music. I'm asking myself why. Its depressing enough that I'm at mcDonalds at 3 am about to destroy my body, but why the fake happy music? Everyone there from the customers to the employees are miserable.

i also never understood New Years eve. What is everyone celebrating about? That in two days they have to all go back to waking up at 7 in the morning and go back to their miserable jobs? I'm guaranteeing everyone that nothing changes.
